DAY OF THE MEET RULES

  • Do Not go swimming the day before or the day of a swim meet.
  • The night before a meet, eat some type of carbohydrate such as pasta(spaghetti, lasagna) pizza, potatoes, sandwiches, etc.
  • The night before a meet, get plenty of sleep.
  • The day of the meet, eat before 4:00pm and keep hydrated. Drink Gatorade, Powerade or Water.
